We had a great event last weekend that featured 4 of our wines paired with a variety of Vermont's Cabot Cheese! We paired our Riesling with Cabot's 50% Reduced Fat Cheddar, our Steuben with Cabot's Pepper Jack, our Zinfindel with Cabot's Seriously Sharp Cheddar, and lastly, our Marechal Foch with Cabot's Horseradish Cheddar.
