Not much to say on this post except: nothing quite compares to the beauty of Spring and Bud break. A frost warning just two days ago had us on the edge of our seats, but at 34 degrees for the evening low, we survived. Folks ask why it is so difficult to grow grapes in New England - and here's just one more reason why. A late season frost would essentially destroy these beautiful tender buds and leave the vines in a state of flux. So for now, enjoy these terrific photos taken by our Tasting room manager Ashley.
